”The supply of services and personalised goods, as outlined in Distance Selling Regulations 13: “the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10”, 13:1A and 13:1C in respect of contracts for the supply of services if the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer’s agreement; before the end of the cancellation period.”

Always INSYNC will only agree to a cancellation request if no consultation has been booked and/ or completed.  In this event, any cancelations of service may be made in writing by the customer/ client and if made

  1. More than 7 days prior to the consultation appointment the customer will receive a refund less a 20% administrative charge to cover administrative and payment processing fees.
  2. More than 3 days prior to the consultation appointment the customer will receive a refund less a 30% administrative charge.
  3. 3 days or less prior to the consultation appointment the customer will receive a refund less 50% administrative charge.

All refunds will be credited to the customer’s credit or debit card, PayPal account or bank account within 30 days of the customer’s written notification of cancellation.
